Help ID Yixing Teapot

I suspect the pot is recent and probably commercial made but would be nice if someone can identify the maker/ artist.

I think the bottom says 勤芳制陶 (Qin2 Fang1 Zhi4 Tao2) and the artist is 吴勤芳 (Wu2 Qin2 Fang1).

I'm bad with seal script, but that's what it reads to me too.

I found few other pieces by the artist with matching marks. Not a super famous potter but she has nice pots.
