My limited knowledge guess is the pot is done in late Qing or early ROC. We have a few in house experts here who can help you out. Let's hope they reply and hear from them.

At a glance, the clay quite feels like late-Qing stuff...but I can be wrong
This kind of clay has a good porosity than it looks.
