Oí Kong gift

Hello,
While visiting Taiwan I received this gift ,
I wanted to know if it's worth storing to age it?
Or is it better to drink ASAP.
Any info appreciated!

drink it ASAP!.... the box says Gao Shan tea, which means high mountain tea, usually the greener type of oolong perhaps and they dont usually age well.

I think you should be Ok for a year or so, but yeah, I wouldn't keep this around for too long.

Thanks for the help,
Another question on that same tea.
Is that era of typical quality of the Taiwan area?
Or is that the better kind?
I just want to know because I had this other gift of oolong tea and it tasted kind of Weak to me and not as tasty as I hoped.

The second tea (in the round paper can) is a supermarket tea that you can often buy in chinese groceries around the world. It is probably an ok tea, but do not judge taiwanese oolongs based on that.

Final question,
The vacuum sealed pack that the tea comes in.
Is it a good rule of thumb to consume tea in a vacuum pack in less than a year?
I know once opened, the tea has to be consumed ASAP!

Store the tea in a sealed container in a dry odorless place and shaded from light. The Tsui Yu oolong can be consumed within a couple of years.
The Gaoshan, if it is fresh, it it should be consumed relatively fast (a couple of months), but if its not and the tea has already lost the freshness then it probably doesn't matter that much. But yeah, in general, one year is a good rule of thumb. Enjoy :)
