hi,
i know nothing about the cake you've posted. but given the price and the fact that somebody had to buy it (perhaps through some middlemen), import it to norway (which is not that cheap country) and is trying to make profit from it, it means that is most likely made from an extremely cheap material.
if it is ripe (shu) then with some luck it might be drinkable, if its raw (sheng) then...
anyways, if you have the possibility to try it, then you should see for yourself if its worth or not. else i'd just stay away from it.
there are several topics here on teachat with some recomandations where and what to buy, if you search a bit. here is one very recent and still active:

here's another older

and one for shu

According to the lohas site that apache linked, it's a cooked puerh (陳年熟茶). (those prices are also in HKD, I think, so that's actually roughly $40).

You might want to understand whether you first want to try raw or ripe puerh. It would be rather like saying that you want to try a "raw/cooked hamburger." Hmmmmm.

You should buy from a website that is specialized in puerh...

For instance, Yunnan Sourcing, white2tea, chawangshop, Tea Urchin, Essence of Tea.

"Free shipping" is never free, they just add the shipping price to the tea price... I dont know why this trick working so well

I agree with your sentiment. There was an interesting day when I realized that I actually didn't like free shipping, as I would rather know the real price of the tea. I understand why ebay stores do it though. A $24 tea shipped may sound barely plausible, but a $12 tea with $12 shipping might make someone think twice about how cheap the tea is. I guess it also feels like your getting something extra when you get to that 'free shipping' mark and you see that shipping cost disappear. *shrug*
