200ml kyusu by Ito gafu natural reduction clay
Lovely flat pot with very tight lid fit and perfect non drip pouring. Made from a natural clay that the artist processes himself and then fired in reduction. Very good pot for sencha from a very good artist. Vendor had a batch made and this was picked out as the best of the bunch!
Used just a couple of times

She seems to love photo bombing. This was yesterday. I took a picture of this home made pizza to get my wife home quicker from work and didn't even notice her. She does it in so many pics I normally cut her out.

If one does not drink sencha, what other tea(s) would this clay be good for? Also, is the flat bottom especially good for some teas? These may be ?s & concerns that people did not write but harbor.
Cheers

I could see this clay being good for dark roasted oolong and black tea. It's reduction so it has a rounding effect but not full on like hojo clays more like banko. Lid fit is airtight as well. It's a very very well made pot.j
