Oh my god. I'm a bit naive sometimes, so if this is a joke I'm not getting, please forgive me for believing the whole thing. But until I hear otherwise, I'll assume this really happened. In that case, well... sometimes, it isn't really anyone's fault. In your constellation, no one of the people involved intended the consequences that happened. It is really, really sad and I hope that there will be some way to fix this after all.
