I was going to go for Sencha but I've given up sencha recently. Just finding it too high in caffeine. Well that may be the way I like to drink it. But currently only drinking Taiwanese oolongs which this is a little big for. So have included a little Sencha sample in the box, enough for one pot or two 
For any one on the fence the flatter ones are really hard to come by. And Hokujo work will be getting a price increase in the new year according to AN.
Edit: the flatter ones seem to make the best tea to my taste.
