Wow--lovely pot! I have an embarrassing number of Petr pots of my own, or I'd snap it up. But I will vouch for the quality of his work--impeccable pours, lovely balance and handling, and great brews.

What a wonderfully interesting finish--looks like veins of quartz running through other rock.....

I've been brewing various oxidized teas in it, mainly darjeelings and reds. The pattern is, i believe, a horsetail - it contains plenty of silica which melts during the firing.
