Slip cast Shui Ping?

by raoula » Mar 31st, '17, 14:26

Here are two slipcast teapots with the same seal. One of them is a Shui Ping. The seal is different than the Yixing seal and I wonder what it means and where it is from. As it seems they were both dipped or painted with a more red and shiny clay after the casting. Maybe someone can read the writing on the shui ping? And when were those teapots made.

The workmanship is very poor.

This is the other slipcast teapot. I just discovered that it is not the same seal as on the shui ping.

The Shui Ping came with this teatray and four teabowls. Could it be Chaozhou ware?

Thank you, chrl, that's a nice s(c)entance ;-)
Is there no possibility to find out about the age and origin?
On the side of the teatray there are more letters:
