Difficult to say, but in my opinion this is a chazhou teapot (the photos aren't that clear, may still be a Yixing teapot).
The outside of these teapots is typically coated with liquid red clay, while inside can be saw the "authentic" clay these teapots are made of; in this case looks like some kind of mixed Hongni / Zini or just Zini.

Based on your images I can't say what exact clay it's been made of or where it comes from geographically but at least the pot looks like it has been made on a pottery wheel.
