Bought in the UK in a carboot fair
The seller told me that she had this teapot for about 20 years at least and she collected teapots (all teapots not just chinese)
Multi holes
Unused
Can anyone advise what type of clay it is
And the posibility of this being more than 20 year old? because it looks very new to me
Thanks in advance
What clay is this? Please

Looks like a brand new pot. Not 20 years old. If the clay is Yixing, it is zini. But I am not very sure that it's Yixing...

The clay of the overlap of the lid looks much lighter than the rest of the teapot. Is the clay dyed or painted on the outside? Or does it only look like that on the photography?
