shuiping identification from origintea.net

by stanv » May 4th, '17, 15:27

Hello,
I was assured that this shuiping was sold by origintea.net (SilentChaos)
On the bottom there is a stamp: Nan Meng Chen. So it could be any manufacturer.
80ml / single hole.
So, my questions are:

What do you think its:
* age
* clay (I am sure it is not hongni. It feels more like Di Cao Qing clay. It feels very solid in hands.)
* reasonable price

Thank you!

Clay: qingshuini

If it brews tea well, it is a good clay!

Chen Ju-fang is a okay potter, but that seal doesn't look her name..it's like reading 孟臣(Meng Chen) something.. and most of her pots came out after 2000's.

Hi Stanv,

Just to clarify : the stamp of this origintea pot is : 南孟臣
(Chen Ju Fang is the small EOT 50ml)
We've got a bit miscommunication earlier.
