Just try to use the right teas to improve your day, morning, noon, and night.
How to choose the right tea to eliminate the fatigue of the day?
what about your experiences ?

I notice with more vitality.
Do not just drink after noon, check one day
and at night I could not fall asleep.
In winter I usually take Kukitcha.
and at night verify no alteration,
has less teina or nothing, I see a lot
depuration in the morning.
My friends take to decrease their obesity.
I live in an area where herbs (infusions): thyme, sage,
camomile, rosemary, ... I have them within reach of my hand
I usually combine when colds come in winter.
I suppose there will be companions with more experience
that I in question of relation season of the year convenient
for each tee, but that will also come by preferences.
It is my humble opinion.

Re: Three Cup of Perfect Teas for Morning, Noon, and Night
My tea habits have changed over the last four or five years.janet11 wrote: Just try to use the right teas to improve your day, morning, noon, and night.

Most mornings I enjoy sencha, but in late autumn and winter I switch to matcha.
Typical afternoons will also find sencha in my cup, but for an occasional treat or if guests are visiting gyokuro (or temomicha!) may be on the menu.
Evening tea is always an infusion, unless I have guests when I may share phoenix mountain dancong.
I used to drink yancha every morning but Japanese greens now have mostly taken over my tea days.

I know littele about Hapanese teas and want to try.
Different kinds of tea attract me .
You're right, the season changes will also influence the choice of tea types.
For me, Green tea is summer, Oolong and white tea is autumn and spring. Black tea will be winter. Just define it according to colors

I know your tea story and thanks you.

Re: Three Cup of Perfect Teas for Morning, Noon, and Night
When I am really sleepy in the morning, I drink matcha. Otherwise a cup of green tea will be enough to wake me up and kick-start my day.
I might have a second cup of green tea or even a third during the day, depending on how I feel.
In the afternoon and evening I switch to herbal teas.
I usually drink ginger or mint tea after lunch as they are great for digestion.
In the evenings I drink calming herbal teas like chamomile, jasmine(not green tea), lavender
