I just signed up to the forum and I'm excited about the amount of tea info and intelligence in the website!
I'm starting to learn about green teas, on the first, Japanese, path right now.
I'm always impressed by the tea colors, currently trying to manage different brews and chasing tea caddies online

For the future, I have been dreaming about experimenting mixing different brews -- what might sound a no-go area.
I wish I could produce a deep steamed kukicha. That might taste really good
