Hi, I am new to this forum and also new to loose leaf tea.
I am not new to tea in general, I have always drunk a ton of it but I am currently moving away from the tea bags as my friend has introduced me to oolongs, green teas, peurhs and others I don't know the names of and it's good times.

Welcome aboard! I have been away from Teachat like forever, but I should probably drop in and see what is going on. Teabags are pretty much a "gateway drug" when it comes to tea. Since I stopped using teabags, when I occasionally have to use one, I wonder what the heck was I thinking drinking tea steeped from bags. So, you've taken your first step into a much larger world (to paraphrase Obi Wan Kenobi)
