Hi!
I got a 1.8L Kunzan tetsubin, I like it alot!
I am using a electric hot plate. I am wondering if I use it the proper way.
I start at low heat (2 on 5) for 10 min, then I go to 3 on 5 for 10 min, and then 4on5 untill the water boil.
I read that it not good to use to strong fire but if I let it on 3on5 it will take an hour!
Can someone please help me with that?
And how do you heat up your tetsubin?
Cheers!
Re: How to you boil your tetsubin
I would set to high until it boils and then down to low to maintain the boil.
