Please help with a chop mark

Hello, can someone please tell me about this chop mark. The mark at the bottom of the pot is also present on the inside wall of the pot.

The stamp is 王刚制陶.author Wang Gang may be the one whose title is Assistant of National Artist, born in 1986.
