Hi!
I own a Kunzan tetsubin that ive been using for almost a year to boil water to brew puerh. I was wondering if a purion kettle would be a better option for puerh. Maybe it would give best result.
The tetsubin work fine, im just looking for opinions.
Thank a lot!
Cheers!
Re: Tetsubin vs purion kettle
I think the biggest benefit to the purion kettle is that you can boil water and put the leaves in there as well if you wanted to boil the tea. If I am not mistaken I believe a tetsubin you generally would not want to add leaves into the kettle only use it for the boiling of water. Also, the I would assume the tetsubin would have more iron taste.Puerh3 wrote: Hi!

Just my thoughts though I'm sure others have more details on it.
