It's my opinion that there is too much Stuka in this 2004 brick?

About right for the age I would say. Better leaves usually are reserved for sheng.

Seems about right. I've definitely had some around that age that have more than that. The bigger question is do you enjoy the tea?

I'm drinking it again after a month and I know that I'll buy it again. (^ _ ^) It's delicious with woody and aromatic notes.
The funny things is this : when I bought the bricks I bought also some other ripe Tuocha of another brand that I found nice when I tried overseas. Here in Europe the same Tuocha have a too much fishy smell and taste instead of the tea flavour I kept. So now I will keep them to rest and breath for some month.
