New to Tea Chat - aged teas

by Skiffy » Jan 31st, '20, 09:38

How nice to discover this forum! I've been drinking loose teas for a few years now. Golden monkey is my everyday tea. A friend brought me some aged tea from Taiwan about 2 years ago (ali shan lao cha from the 1980s) and I really loved that but had no way to get more. Then I found an online tea merchant who was able to get me Linkou Lao Cha from the 1980s, also from Taiwan. It was great! But now he's gone out of business. Can anyone recommend a source?

I've also been reading a lot about pu'erh teas, but I understand there are so many sub-varieties. I don't know where to begin!

Regards from Bermuda
