March 9th Discussion

by Bridgette » Mar 9th, '20, 00:00

Hello communiTEA drinkers,

Today we have Formosa Oolong!

Deep raisiny and ripe fruit aroma, autumn 'leafy' notes. Lingering sweet flavor and smooth, refreshingly fruity astringency.

What do you think?

Perfect. Just what I'm looking for in an oolong. A definite must in my tea supply.

I do love Formosa Oolong. Very complex, contemplative flavor. I don't often buy it; but when I do, I put it in the "private reserve" section of my tea cabinet so that teens who visit have to ask for it, and I can explain what they're getting. :)
