New TriniTEA broke...

I just got my new TriniTea and the base guide has already broken off and the Teflon coating is already peeling off the warmer plate. I love it because it brews such great tea but for $99 I wish it would have lasted longer then 3 brews. I figure it will make it through 100 pots if it's lucky. Still cheaper then chain tea but it's sad knowing I'm going to have to replace it so soon.

wow, i just got mine too and had no idea how cheaply made it is. really sad.
