I'm a second time Adagio customer (first time poster,
). My suggestion would be to have a few more shipping options rather than FedEx. I personally would be willing to pay a little more for shipping to get the option of the best delivery method for me.
I know that requirements for signatures on FedEx packages varies by driver, and Adagio has no control over FedEx's method of delivery (and FedEx's delivery in no way reflects on Adagio), but it would be great to have a shipping option to avoid FedEx and these kinds of issues if possible.
I'm just really disappointed I missed my tea today! I've been looking forward to it for DAYS!

Last I checked UPS was still an option, though I have had better success with FedEx.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that UPS is an option, I think that Adagio just recommends that you use fedex for shipments.

I think you have to e-mail Adagio CS before completing your order if you want non-FedEx shipping.
