interior enamel worn out

by per87b » Aug 29th, '20, 16:13

Dear all,

I made the mistake of momentarily putting my cast iron teapot on the cooking plate (I didn't boil water in it, I just put it there while I poured the water in it), and I've now realized that there's a spot where the enamel is now missing. Is this dangerous? Should I discard the teapot?

Thanks a lot!
