I don't care if those are handmade or not, I'm just wondering about the clay, pour, not being poisonous, things like that.

I'm not familiar with that vendor, but I browsed quickly through their offerings. Typically these highly ornate, relatively cheap pots are made using molds for display primarily. Not saying that they are poisonous, but clay quality isn't usually the emphasis. I am new to Yixing and Pu-Erh but have been studying and drinking a lot! I recently purchased a Yixing tea caddy from oodooboo. I am very impressed with the craftmanship. The clay smelled, like clay should, earthy, etc. I have cleaned/boiled the caddy and have been using it for a couple of months. I store sheng pu-erh in it. It has taken on the lovely smell of the tea and I have not died yet. I recently ordered a Yixing tea pot from the same manufacturer. I asked him through chat about the type of clay he used in a certain pot and he responded promptly. I have not received the pot yet nor drank any tea from it. However, I believe, and hope, that Etsy just doesn't choose random vendors. I have looked through his variety of pots and there are many. Again, I did not complete a chemical analysis, but, for me, he looks legitimate. Good luck. I have bought an yixing teapot from oodooboo. It works perfect. My impression is that the quality is good, so I don't think you need to worry about bad clay.
