1- eat 2 pieces of garlic and one onion with launch
2-drinking mint tea third of a cup daily
3-third of a cup camels thorn tea
4-a banana in the morning
notice : lower or higher the amount of teas and foods above based on your choice and dont exceed the limits in consuming the teas and foods mentioned above.
