for lowering stress : chicory root tea

for lowering stress you can consume chicory root tea and preaper it this way : a piece of chicory root with 3 cups of water . brew them for 15 to 20 minutes , then drink up.
lower or higher the daily use based on your choice.
notice : dont exceed the limits in cosuming cause in some people drinking more then a cup a day can cause low blood pressuer.
