Pomegranate Oolong
Was at a coffee shop w/a friend yesterday & since I don't drink coffee, decided to ask about their teas. Don't know what brand the tea was but it was good. Anybody seen this product anywhere? Thanx, ~Henley
Harney's is a darker, roasted oolong. I'm pretty sure it was a low-mediocre Ti Guan Yin, actually. The roasty notes comes in pretty heavy through the flavoring. It wasn't my favorite thing ever, but it wasn't completely foul either.

Henley,
Mary is right about it being a Ti Kuan Yin. Sorta beat up looking leaf but this one was def. on the greener side. Perhaps a newer/fresher version?
Brewed it with just under boiling water for two minutes and it was better than I expected. The Pom. flavoring was strong when I opened the pouch, so thought it would be overpowering, but it was mostly aroma. Some nice floral notes came out of the oolong itself which was a welcome surprise.
All in all it was above expectations, and truly not bad but it left me craving a pure unadulterated Ti Kuan Yin.

Would like to hear about other flavored oolongs Chatters have tried. Thanks!

P.S. There's some Paris here as well.
