A Women is like TEA...You don't know how strong she is until you put her in hot water...
i had to bump this topic. 1.5 years old. i have the same problem with mine which is also brand new
cant say i can continue to support a company that has a problem for over 1.5 years. sees it, knows it. but doesnt bother to fix it. i always speak very highly of adaigo but i have heard complaints about how shady the service is and i have to say i dont believe its shady service i think its simple thoughtlessness.
what caused this is maybe something very simple that can be fixed in seconds, mine, also brand new is doing this, but that there is no manual, no posted care and keeping guide or FAQ for such an expensive object is a since of the level of almost pompous thoughtlessness.
"who cares if a person can use it, or understand how best to care for it, we have already made a sale" sad. i work in the service industry too and when i see problems or get a complaint i am on it. and there is no way that something as simple and basic a manual and FAQ would be left untouched for over year. adaigo tea is good, but there is better out there, i have spent well over $230 in products here. and have been loyal, but truth be told i can't buy things this expensive and have to reinvent the well to get it going.
i hope that someone working at adaigo will see this and say, "did we really loose that kind of costumer because of our own laziness. completely preventable. hopefully we can fix this issue in a few weeks so this doesnt keep happening." or maybe they will say, "who cares we got other people who will buy all of these things and put up with everything we will do or not do"

new model
Karia,
The design of the new model of the triniTEA tea maker incorporates the feedback received by its predecessor. I suggest contacting our customer service folks to arrange for an exchange or refund of your malfunctioning unit. The problem you describe is an anomaly that we'll be happy to correct.
