If this question is impossible to answer, then a moderator can just delete it, but I thought I might as well ask it anyway. It came to mind as I was shopping for Adagio teas:
What does Adagio consider to be its best teas? The ones that you're really proud of? I know that everyone has their favourites, but is there a sense in the company that "we really got it right" with a few teas that have been created?

Ed,
Please note that we were asked what we considered our stars, so this is not reflective of personal taste. (Plus, um... not all team members responded...kinda busy this time of year.
) The new feature Ilya is working on will show some interesting staff picks, I believe.
For the record, I do enjoy gyokuro, kukicha and the occasional cup of sencha.
