Hey there! Just wanted to introduce myself .. been an avid tea lover since my girlfriend got me hooked on it 3 years ago when I was told by my Doc I could no longer drink coffee. I have developed a great fondness for tea and it has become one of my new healthier addictions. Can't go a day without it!! It goes great with my writing and reading and yoga!
I look forward to meeting you all and sharing some fabulous tea & learning from you about the great wonders of tea and how awesome it really is.
Ttyl, Kat

Hey there, Ms. Kat!
Welcome to the forums, I hope you'll continue to find them a fun and informative virtual hangout. Congratulations on your ongoing sobriety. I have a brother recovering from a near-decade of drug and alcohol abuse (and the kid'll just be turning 22 in a few weeks!), so I have an idea of what sort of struggle maintaining those months can be. Congratulations again!

I, also, led a similar life before tea came to me.
Sometimes I think about how similar my tea addiction is to all my old addictions. It turns out to not be that different at all, until I look at the health aspect.
Tea is absolutely one of the best addictions to have.
I'm glad you're on board, Kat.

Welcome! I agree, tea is an excellent substitute for all the less healthy, more intoxicating, dangerous beverages and substances out there... Good tea is the polar opposite of those chemicals- A healthful, serenity-inducing liquid- Cheers!

Welcome aboard, Kat!!!
The best way to stop doing something bad, is to replace it with something good. I know a little about this myself.
