Halloween/Fall specials

Has anyone ordered/ tried the new holiday sampler yet? I ordered yesterday and am really looking forward to it -also gave me a chance to order some more white teas.

I was waiting to order the holiday sampler until the candy cane became available so I could order both together, but thanks to the handy-dandy IM feature I learned that theyre running low of the autumn blend tea and plan on replacing autumn blend with candy cane in the sampler. So if you were waiting on candy cane too, be forewarned! :) I've been waiting for these yummy-sounding flavors eagerly for months now.

Anyhow, let me know what you think of the holiday teas!

I got my sampler yesterday. I've tried the Autumn Blend and really liked it. I'm actually about to go make myself some of the gingerbread - it's the one I've been anticipating the most ;)

Oh! And they threw in an extra pumpkin spice for free :)

My tea order including the holiday sampler should arrive today! (I love being able to track packages.) Wohoo, new tea!

Anyone else getting this seasonal special?

With all the sample sizes you can order, you can get dozens of new teas to try -then you have a delima. Try a new tea or try one you already like again. :)

I stretch out trying new teas, saving the ones I think I'll like best for last. That way I make sure and try everything before I get hooked on a familiar favorite.

I like the idea you discussed on IM alicia -put 'em all in a drawer and without peeking at labels choose one. :)

I want to get it, but then again I don't want to get addicted to a tea that's going to go out of stock in a few weeks.

I could buy a whole pound, but then I'd feel really dumb if I turn out not to like it.

Too late -Aarg! That gingerbread tea is wonderful!!! I'm hooked.

Pumpkin spice is good, tastes very unique, a nice tea for holidays. Chesnut smells heavenly and also tastes pretty smooth. Gingerbread is a lot like the Christmas flavored tea, only better. I have yet to try Cranberry, Autumn Blend, and Caramel Apple.

So far I prefer the pumpkin spice. The gingerbread didn't have much flavor (probably because I drank it right after the pumpkin spice) and I couldn't really get into the autumn blend. I have yet to try the others, though.

There are four advantages to green tea... Its beauty, its taste, its aroma, and its health benefits. Learn to enjoy the first three and you'll forget you drank it for the fourth. ^^

I just tried the Pumpkin Spice sample that came with my last order.

It certainly isn't bad, and in fact it's pretty tasty, but the spice flavor is just so weak (a problem I've noticed with all of the spiced adagio teas I've tried so far).

I understand that the flavor of the tea itself is very nice, and I'll still drink and enjoy the rest of the tin, but anyone hoping for something with more of a kick to it will probably be disappointed.

Oddly, the green earl grey I actually ordered has the perfect balance of tea and flavoring. Maybe I just like my spice teas stronger than most people; I don't know.
