Have you guys ever taken the time to read some of the reviews on Adagio's website on their pu po and pu dante? God, I laughed myself sick reading their first impressions on their first taste of pu! I can imagine what they must of looked like! Something possibly like this -

Space you are correct. It supposed to soudn like pu-air. However, with more of a 'soft' a, breaking into the er. Like someone doesn't want to annunciate the air part but has to. Boy it is hard describing sounds in text.
