I think the cherry blossom is here - and the only teas I have tried are the republic of tea - cherry blossom - and it was really good (about 4 yrs ago) .
Any recommendations this year?

My favorite is Sencha Kyoto Cherry Rose Festival Tea from Culinary Teas. It is slightly sweet with the subtle taste of rose.
This is a daily brew for me.

I've heard so much about Den's Sakura Sencha Cherry that I finally placed an order!

I second both of those. The
Kyoto Cherry Rose Sencha is really awesome. To me, it tastes like a slightly sweet cherry green tea. It smells like bubblegum, but the tea itself doesn't taste bubblegum-like at all. It is one of my favorites though I purchased mine from Enjoying Teas. Den's Sakura Sencha has a different cherry flavor, but it is still good in its own way. I think the way to describe it would be a richer, yet more subtle black cherry taste.

I received my order from Den's Tea. The Sakura Sencha Cherry is wonderful. As soon as I opened the bag I knew that I was going to experience something special.
Since it's a seasonal tea, I placed another order.

Just to toss this in:
Lupicia just released their cherry teas for the year although theirs sound quite a bit different from Den's. I'll probably try them out though.

I am glad I got some of the Den's Sakura. I am not really a green drinker, but I do enjoy this tea both hot and cold. I made over a liter of it yesterday and I am still drinking it.
