I went to order the fish aroma/tasting cup set from Hou De as well as the 150cc larger cup but both just sold out! I emailed them to ask when they'd be back in stock but haven't heard back yet - does anyone have any idea whether or not they're restocking or of other cups like those from another vendor?
Oops, that's my fault on the fish aroma/tasting cups. Ordered them last week. Just got them in the mail today, too.Sam. wrote:I went to order the fish aroma/tasting cup set from Hou De as well as the 150cc larger cup but both just sold out! Cups start from page 56 of the catalog. It's better to save the pages you're interested in to your computer and then you can open them as jpg-images - you get much better resolution. If you are interested, you should mail the guy (email can be found in the main page) and he will send you an estimate of the shipping costs etc. It sometimes takes a couple of days until he answers. He takes credit card (at least Visa), and charges only after you have received the goods. He doesn't have a secure net site or anything so I sent half of my Visa number by email and the rest by fax. I've ordered from him a couple of times and had no problems.
Sam:
ShanShui teas sells the Hou De fish cup set as "Paired Fish Teacup Set." I can't directly link to the cups, but ShanShui's cup page is here. The fish cups go for $12 a set. Unfortunately, they don't give the price break that Hou De did when you order multiple sets. I *think* you might get a tray for the cups in the set, though. (Buying the drinking and aroma cups separately would just be $8.50, after all.)
