So like Thirsty Daruma and his Stunt Kite, I've been humoring hobbies other than tea- I was setting up a home music studio and in the process of installing RAM and a firewire pci card, and my Wireless g card kicked the bucket
So my new Wireless N draft card is en route, (I'd enstalled an N1 draft router a couple months ago, it is indeed superfast and awesome reception) but I'll be experiencing teachat withdrawal for a few more days... (currently using a housemate's laptop)
Good to see the board is surviving without me

A broken comp is an unhappy comp. I'll get the parade ready for your return.

Joel, what the hell are you drinking? That, my friend, is the nastiest looking cup of matcha I've ever seen.

Nice set-up you got there. I always liked that speaker design. Just don't mingle the tea with the equipment this time.

Ha, yeah they are great little speakers (harmon kardon soundsticks) and I love the design too, but I don't use them for tracking or mixing- they don't have a flat frequency response curve. So I'm using the Sennheiser hd280 Pro headphones for making music... I'll get some nice krk or event monitors at some point, but I have housemates anyway, so can't be fiddling with synth and percussion patterns at all hours w/o the phones at the moment...
And yah, will try to refrain from pouring tea on my precious equipment
