Since we so enjoy tastings, I am building a simple webapp to manage them with a bit less duplication of effort. It will keep track of how many spots are open, who is participating, their address (only visible to the host).
It is currently wide open, as data is fake, but it will require a login when completed.

A box pass wouldn't be much more work than any other tasting - we will just have to unrestrict the address list (show to all members in the pass) and probably allow for rearranging it to maximize shipping. Actually, thinking about it, it won't be hard to just show you the next person in the list and leave the full list to the box organizer.
