November gyokuro tasting

by olivierco » Sep 2nd, '08, 11:31

I know it is kind of early but I would like to know approximatively how many persons are interested in this gyokuro tasting.

EDIT by Chip. Addies needed ASAP. I will note addie received below, green font means I got it. Thanks!

1. el padre
2. Pentox
3. Salsero
4. Wesli
5. joelbct
6. Mary R
7. fencerdenoctum

8. Victoria
9. GeekgirlUnveiled
10. chamekke
11. Olivier
12. Chip
13. Proinsias
14. Brandon

Temporary edit by Chip: due to the high cost of gykuro and the fact that this tasting will include 2 different premium gyokuro, there may be a limit to the number of participants. This is not yet determined. So sign up early to avoid dissapointment.

As a reminder, this is a comparison tasting of a more tradtional premium gyokuro, aged around 6 months, and a premium Kuradashi gyokuro aged significantly longer. This tasting is being offered by Olivier and me, with financial backing by Padre and Sal.

Just send me your account numbers and such, and I'll see to it.

I'm in. Unless it's Maiko gyokuro, which I'm planning on ordering some of already.

No maiko from me. Most likely O-Cha, and perhaps his new Yame. I have to see price points first. I was going to offer one of his 45 USD ones. I hope the Yame is comparably priced. :D
