by Chip » Sep 22nd, '08, 03:30

Welcome everyone to Monday, also TeaDay. I think I will need a lot of Tea to get through another Monday, care to join me. Please share what is in your cup today, all day.

Yesterday, voting was pretty even in the Teaware War. You can still vote and discuss yesterday's topic.

Today's TeaPoll and discussion topic, eh, call it TeaRoom Monday. Let's get to know each other a little. I hear this topic sneak into TeaDays already, so I figured, why not! Things we ingest, besides tea. Maybe you are a vegetarian A vegan. Omnivore. Carnivore O_O ?

I am looking forward to sharing TeaDay with everyone. Bottoms up.

I eat meat regularly, but I think I could live without.

Thanks to Orguz for generously contributing this aged sample to the Puerh Box Pass.

I am a meat lover.

Tea is even more needed for ones who consume meats daily..as it was the only reason for meat-eating northern tribes to commucate with China dynasties after giving out their spices, sheeps, horses etc...in need of consuming vitamins, a tea.

I chose 'other' because I only eat vegans.

Omnivore here, but I stick to traditional meats.
I lean toward being a vegetarian, it's just too hard to
give them up completely.

Trouble sleeping, feeling dehydrated, up for some tea then
back to bed for me!

Have a nice day everyone!

Omni, but with ambitions of healthiness, so not really that much red meat.

Wow, superb colors. Amazing that you still have roses that big and fresh in Sweden in late September.

I used to be a strict vegetarian, not until 2-3 months ago where I started to include chicken, fish, eggs back into my diet. No red meat still :)

Ahh, I can finally go back to sipping tea after a whole weekend of alcoholic beverages during birthday parties- was fun but not fun for my tummy.
So this morning to start fresh is Adagio's oolong #18 and later some dragonwell.

G'Monday Mornin' all!

I was a strict vegetarian once upon a time - now I'm an omnivore and eat fish and eggs - rarely red meat. I just feel stronger and have more energy this way. From my experience, a lot of people who decide to be vegetarian don't understand how to balance their diet and veer towards heavier foods and fats to feel satisfied.
Learnng how to cook by studying different cuisines was what made me change.
