It's a giant tea bag for your pool!

That is absolutely bizarre. I can think ofg so many reasons NOT to make such a product.

It seems a lot like the buckwheat hull filled pillows that you see on late night infomercials. I can't imagine tea leaves being all that comfortable though, lol.

Me either!

Oy! Speaking of buckwheat!! I had one of those little buckwheat lavender filled eye pillows. I hadn't used it in awhile and I had it my headboard shelf - ewwww!! When I finally looked at it again ----- ewwwww!! It was all buggy!! Just full of them, living on the buckwheat and eating holes in the material and coming out all over!! It was disgusting!! I would never buy a buckwheat pillow.

Well there ya go.... I can't see buying a product that is made with any sort of cloth (regardless of the filler) that you can't WASH. Cloth gets dirty! DUMMIES!

Hang on though; think of all the antioxidants going into your HAIR! Also, puts a new element into the pillow fight. Imagine hitting your opponent with a sack of oolong.

... and tenuki, I have to say the swimming pool full of chlorinated tea is very compelling. "After a hard day at the office I like to come home and unwind in a warm pool of oolong".

Victoria - I feel your revulsion. Ick.

if you ever end up with another buckwheat-filled eye pillow, I recommend keeping it in your freezer. I've got three of 'em in there, perpetually ready to relieve family headaches and tired eyes. Buckwheat gets cold, but it never seems to get to the "uncomfortably icy-cold" stage, so it's OK to use right out of the freezer. And - no issue with bugs.

I have a buckwheat pillow that I've used for over ten years. Every couple of months I open it up, take out the hulls, and wash the cover. I've never seen any bugs in there, but now I'm feeling kind of creepy-crawly!

Victoria, I wonder if the bugs came from the lavender and not the buckwheat? Either way, EWWWW!

Chamekke - Thanks for that tip! I like that idea because you are right ice is just to cold to apply to the face.

Geeber - I'm sure the buckwheat in pillows you buy has been streamed or heated sanitized in some way. No worries. It was probably the lavender

See I would cut this down a bit more. Try replacing Pool with Jacuzzi or Steaming Tub!
