I picked up my order from HouDe and I got a couple different pu samples and a couple of ounces of an oolong.

Any suggestions on how to brew it so I don't waste too much experimenting?
My available tools are a 125 cc gaiwan and a pot to boil water in.

Basically, boil water, heat the gaiwan and tasting cups, add a whole lot of tea leaf to the gaiwan, instant rinse with boiling water (and skim off the bubbles). Then reboil the water, do quick infusions (flash infusions for the first few if you fill the gaiwan 3/4 high or more). Don't pour the water too hard or fast, especially after the rinse.
Good luck.
