January Yiwu Tasting

Season's Greetings/Drinkings

The Buzzing Holidays inspired me to plan ahead for the New Year's Kicks-off tasting. Since I will be out of the Country for half of the month.

Jan: Yiwu 400 yrs. old tree 05-06 Raw puerh same plantation:

1. buds pre-ming April harvest 06

What next ... please start an official tasting topic. Include the month and what the tea is in the subject. You can include your suggestions for brewing as well in your post. I will sticky it for a few months as we taste this offering and comment.
