Tea thermos

by Teatime » Dec 12th, '05, 15:54

I just ordered this cool tea thermos. It comes with an infuser for loose tea and two lids - one to keep it hot and the other to sip from.

Teavanna sells it for $27.00 so I got a much better deal.

I cannot wait until it arrives!!

Here's a mug that Alicia's gotten me interested in. I think I'm getting one for Christmas.

I like both the tumbler and the Brugo. Maybe I should eventually get one of each...

The tea tumbler is nice, except you have to take the infuser out and... do something with it. Which makes it, I think, slightly inconvenient. But that may just be me.

LOL at Serenity :)

i used to live in southern oregon too, i know how miserable it is there. over 100 degrees in the summer, below freezing in the winter. I just cant take the extremes any more. the weather up by portland is much milder

I've been using a Tea-zer which was $10 at my local EMS. You can drink out of it with the infuser basket in, and the lid has some coarse mesh over it to catch some of the escaped leaves. It's worked the best of all the infuser mugs I have tried...and it's cheap.

I just used my Nissan Tea thermos at work for the first time. I'm very please that I purchased it! Now I can have loose tea all the time! Right now, I'm drinking vanilla black tea.

Has anyone tried any of the thermoses from Yellow Mountain Imports? I'm particularly interested in the stainless steel Bamboo shaped one.
