I never have enough
That's the nice thing about wulong - most of them don't go stale quickly, and if they do then they can just be kept for the long haul (aging)
My biggest problem right now is that I know that a lot of my teas will get better with age and that I probably won't be able to get more of them when they're gone, so I'm afraid to drink much of them because I want to keep them around for time to come.
If only I had my own house with a walk-in pantry and enough wealth to buy these teas by the pound

Each new tea I try, makes me go out and buy even more.
I have 25 unopened teas that I have never tried. And that is ones that I ordered from sources that fully described the tea.
I have free samples labelled in Chinese that I have no idea what they are, so not willing to open them until I know more about them, I will have to start posting photos and asking for advice.
On top of that I have about 15 teas on the go at the moment and keep switching between them as my moods change or after reading some erudite postings in the forum.
I have ordered more canisters so should be able to open a few more soon, but would like to finish a few of those opened all ready, but YOU LOT keep posting such interesting accounts of the teas you have I want to go out and buy more.

+1, and I have been giving away a lot of tea. I experience periods of Intense tea drinking of a certain type, this month is Taiwan Gao Shan and Baozhong. This isn't much cause for concern except for when my interest temporarily wanes on a fine sencha or matcha and it is left to go stale. The round tins from O-Cha do seem to keep things fresh for a few months longer than advertised, though. No, I don't get stressed by having too much tea. I mean, TOO much? Is that possible? If I have something I won't drink, I throw it away or give it someone who likes it. If I have something I like, I drink it!

This was my first good matcha, and I never tasted "food." I didn't used to get much froth going my O-cha's proportions (1.5 "spoons" to 4oz of water if I recall). Today I use the same amount of tea with half the water, per Ippodo. Very frothy and creaming. Yes for several reasons; I don't really have the space to store them. I worry about having too many open, and I stress over the ones I don't like. Not sure what to do with them.
