Welcome TeaFriends to a TeaRoom Sunday on TeaDay. Please share what is in your cup today, all day.
Yesterday, China was by far the top choice of responders as the origin of their fave tea for December. I was a little surprised by how much. You can still vote and discuss yesterday's topic.
Today's TeaRoom poll and discussion topic. OK, someone suggested this topic, but I seem to have deleted it and cannot remember who it was. Sorry to the contributor. Do you ever dream about tea and/or teaware? Please share.
I am looking forward to sharing TeaDay with everyone. Bottoms up.

Tai Ping Hou Kui
Mmmm, I'm not so sure this is something I should admit in public, but yes, I dream quite a bit about tea and teaware.
In fact, here is one of my recurring dreams: The Feet of Crab puerh wrapper has nothing to do with the Tai Ping Hou Kui except to serve as an interesting background to this farewell portrait on the eve of the baseball cup’s journey to its new home in exotic northern France.

You have just crossed over to The Twilight Zone.

No tea-related dreams that I can remember. Knowing my luck, the ones I will remember will not involve enjoying tea, but being out of tea or some other horror.
It's going to be a crabby day...! Cue the music.
No kidding! I brewed up a sample of Feet of Crab this morning to try for the first time before I even logged in here... and the Lainie P is drinking a Hairy Crab Oolong.Salsero wrote:You have just crossed over to The Twilight Zone.

Um, yes, I've dreamt about tea. And then I had to get up in the morning and make that kind.
Jasmine Green in my new cast iron teapot. I'm eyeing some more teaware but the practical side of me is kicking in. Where on earth am I going to put it??? I have a decent sized house with a small kitchen.
Have a great teaday ya'll!

The crab tea package is cracking me up this morning.
Typhoo here, in the mug.
I've never dreamed specifically about tea, but I think it's been in a dream once or twice.
---------------------
Tried my Pouchong sample from Adagio last night. 180 degrees, 3 minutes' steeping time, no rinse. Result: eh. Drinkable, pale, floral aroma/taste but not nearly as strong as the TKY. OK.
Tried the Mambo sample the other morning. Boiling, 4 minutes' steep time. Nicely dark, rather fruity taste, was ok.
I think Yunnan teas have spoiled me forever.
