In fact, someone here had a horrible experience with it. See:

$10 doesn't buy you a whole ton of Yixing teapot, esp. outside of China, but you can do a whole lot better than that set for the price. If you want a decent teapot for around $10, you could look at other Ebay stores like Yunnan Sourcing or maybe Dragon Tea House. It will not be a hand-made heirloom, but it should be quite a bit better than that set.
In general, sets with Yixing are kind of like cookware or knife sets.. unnecessary. Get a good Yixing teapot, and then buy porcelain cups / serving pitchers / etc. separately. The unlined Yixing cups are not really ideal for most uses, IMO.

If that link Wyardley provided wasn't enough for you, I can tell you my experience. My inlaws have a set like this and my wife played with it when she was a kid. 10 USD is a total rip off. the wholesale price in China is probably significantly under a dollar.
The one in my inlaw's house is covered in some sort of paint to produce a color reminicent of Zhuni. It must be made of the cheapest terra-cotta money can buy.
Even if you do buy it, I wouldn't reccomend making tea out of it. A dirty coffee mug with tea thrown in the bottom would make better tea than this any day of the week.
