by joelbct » Jan 13th, '09, 09:28

Hey, i miss all you guys and gals- things have been busy again, moved to Fla from NY and not much time for teachatting lately, but hopefully things will settle down soon and i'll be able to spend more time online. Hope you are all doing well and drinking good tea!

Good to hear from you again, Joel!

Whatcha doing in Florida, then? And whereabouts in the state are you? (If you're still interested in tea ceremony, there's an Omotesenke teacher in central Florida who is very impressive.)

Thanks all. Yup I have time to drink tea, not as focused on it as usual though. On a vigorous job search- Decided to leave NY last fall, did some traveling and wanted to find a place with a lower cost of living, but didn't quite count on the 8% unemployment rate... market is flooooded with applicants. I'm close to the Atlantic Ocean, near Boca Raton. Strange place ;)

Chip, I'll prob head back up north if I don't find anything in a month or so... I like traveling around, but usually I am able to find office work pretty easily... not the best timing on my part!

edit- woohoo, just got a job offer!
