Adagio Mambo

I tried that Adagio Mambo tea for the last two days and I am really impressed with it. Yesterday I drank it the first thing in the morning and it was different but robust and great tasting. Today I added some to the third infusion of my morning Irish Breakfast tea and it was equally good. I will use this tea in the future as a mid morning / lunchtime tea. It has a flavor that reminds me of some type of food that I can't quite identify yet. Its like the answer is right on the tip of my tongue. I am sure it will come to me eventually.

I finaly figured out what the taste this tea reminds me of. Is it possible that it could taste like the seasonings used in "Zatarain's" brand, red beans and rice? It might be weird but that is what it tastes like to me.
