Will Japanese Green Tea Shop have sales?

The ebay homepage sometimes show promotion items or items that matches your history. Today on ebay homepage I saw a few kyusus of Japanese Green Tea Shop, with sign of 19% off and 25% off. But when I clicked in, I didn't see any sale and everything is still the same price. I went back to ebay homepage and made sure the % off did show there. Did I just miss their promotion, or will they have a promotion soon, or is it just an ebay illusion? :?:

I sent a message to ask, and got fast response. So it was just an illusion and there is no sale yet :P
