Hello! As I posted in the Green Tea forum, you guys have led me astray....in the general direction of my local tea shop. I bought two teas I haven't tried, one a green and the other Tao of Tea's "First Flush Darjeeling".
As with the green, any suggestions as to length of steep and amount for 6 oz. of water, or so? And I'm assuming rolling boil--is that correct?

Depends on the green. I am guessing a chinese green, so I would say standard teaspoon unless its a voluminous tea then add more. 6 oz. at around 180 at around 1.5 minutes. For your darjeeling use about 200 degrees, 1 teaspoon/6 oz. at about 2 minutes.
